This two part NCR form is designed to help a dealership make a good faith effort in disclosing to a customer that a vehicle being sold is subject to an open safety recall according to Safercar.gov. This document language was provided as a sample recall disclosure by a NYS Assistant Attorney General. There is 100 forms per package.
